Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it.
All items are inspected upon return. They must be intact, no loose threads, the lace must not be cut, no products must be used on the hair, and no coloring tests, the hair must be in its original texture upon receipt and odorless.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only returned items will be accepted. as a whole, in their original packaging intact and in perfect condition.
No refund will therefore be made on a personalized wig (colored, cut, additional density, etc.)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 5 Rue Bernard Palissy, Voisins le Bretonneux, 78960, France.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
